Joules Cotton/Linen Midi Skirt

I wanted to love this skirt, but it just didn’t come together with the cruise outfit I had planned! Royal blue, white and neon pink stripes. Button front with large accent pockets. Elastic back makes it super comfortable and forgiving in size.
