Joyce Palmer Vintage Dress

Vintage Joyce Palmer Dress There is no size visible due to fading on label. I believe this would be a small. The waist is 24”. It come with a belt that measures 28”. The belt is lined on the back. There has been some hand sewn repairs but can only be seen when the dress is inside out. This dress is %100 polyester.
