Judith & Charles high waist, knee length skirt

This Judith and Charles a- line skirt is made in Canada and a crepe fabric. Un lined, it is very light weight. It has a button closure on the inside as it is a wrap around skirt with a belt detail. The base is black with blue and white flowers.
