lmacfashion @charlottemcd598 Hi, it is 71 percent triacetate and 29 percent polyester. It is like a crepe fabric they use for their suiting. Very nice. Fully lined. It is not an irregular hem. I will add a couple of photos of me in the skirt. Thank you
