Judith and charles pleated tulip skirt

This is an extremely comfortable and versatile skirt. It is made from a crepe like stretch polyester which has give everywhere including the waist. It sits on the waist and hits above the knee. There are two front slit pockets and an exposed back zipper. It is very flattering and in excellent condition with no flaws. Waist 15 inches Length 20 inches
