Black velvet rouched shoulder jacket with silk collar and trim on the sleeves. One button closer. The button is silver with clear crystals. It is sized P but will fit a small even medium depending on your waist measurements. There is no pit to pit and the waist measures 15". Length is 24". New with tags.
