Julian Taylor V-Neck dress

Worn a few times in the 2000's at weddings, dinner parties, etc. mostly taking up closet space and could use a new loving home :) it has 2 strips that can be tied into a bow on the front neckline. it measured about 37 inches from the shoulder to the hem; feel free to ask questions and I'll do my best to answer them!
