Julie Brown NYC - Sz Medium (8-10) long sleeve knee length dress

Unique Julie Brown NYC stirrup-detail dress. This is a deep navy with neutral (tan, gold, cream) accents. No material tag but this one has lots of stretch and is lightweight. Looks amazing with neutral boots and a jean jacket or as an elevated work piece under a blazer. There is a small misstitch (?) on the front, circled on the last picture - was there when I purchased it. Waist length back zipper with clasp closure at top. Excellent condition. Non smoking house.
