Top Not included - Please see mannequin size measurement There are no tags only the brand name -guessing polyester has two front pockets There are no tags for size either this mannequin is a size small /medium This dress would fit a size small for sure not sure about medium its possible You would need a slip under as it is a little see through You would also need a top under I would wear a tank top myself but whatever top works To make this fit if to big you could shorten straps
