"Just Below Waist" 100% cotton abstract print flared skirt ribbons sz 8

Very good used condition. Elasticated waist as well as a side zipper. Two belt loops if you prefer to wear with a belt. Off white with abstract green pattern as well as green ribbon detailing. A few small imperfections on the trim at the bottom of the skirt (see fourth photo). Please see photos for measurements and details. Items come from a smoke-free home :)
