Just Cavalli jeans

At first blush I would have called these black, but on closer examination I guess they are a very dark blue. Anyway, straight leg dark wash jeans from Just Cavalli. Made in Italy. But here's where I show I'm a complete buffoon: I'm not 100% sure if they are men's or women's. The size tag would suggest men's, which was my first take on them. But they would be fairly skinny I think. Any input on this most appreciated! Size 32; measurements in photos. In excellent used condition.
