Just in Case (brand name) - Shimmery Black Silky Short Scoop Neck Jacket. This jacket is so well made it's hard to believe. It has a very unusual Bustier type front with amazing details. Tiny Hook closures. Back has small razor sharp creases sewn in. Tiny Gathering on the shoulders.
