Justice Party Dress with Sequins!

GUC. Such a fun dress. The satin shoulder straps, the sequins, the 5 tiers of pink & blue tulle and crinoline ~ all come together to make this a fantastic dress for those occasions when only the best and shiniest will do. There are 2 belt loops attached to the dress, but no belt included. Having one would be optional and won’t affect the feel or look of the dress to go without. Elastic from sides and across the back to assist with fit.
