K TOO 90's hooded sweatshirt tshirt long slim maxi dress

Marked size M but I'm thinking fits a size small better. It's slim fitting and super long. I'm 5'3" and the hem touches the ground. Has a long zipper slit to thigh and thumb holes on the cuff for that sporty look. in amazing pre-owned condition with no pilling.. except some on the inside, which is not a big deal because it will never show.
