It has a full wide skirt with three crinkled tiers embellished with three rows of sequins and it’s lined in a soft brown cotton. The waistband is flat on the front and elasticized on the back and it closes with a concealed side zipper and single button. The tag says it’s a Size XL but it would fit a L as well and taken flat the measurements are: Waist 16”, then it widens out to the Hips which measure approx. 28” then gets even wider at the hem. This is a fun bohemian-inspired skirt in great condition and it would be perfect to wear at a festival, concert, rodeo or pretty much anywhere...
