one issue - the elastic in the waist doesn't seem to be stretching it will need replacing - that's an easy job for a seamstress, won't cost much otherwise excellent condition - no stains or holes. Size 1 - 36 inch waist. (will obviously be a smaller measurement once the elastic is replaced.) 35 inch length. B

tabbytails @esorfleet no, it isn't. it's cotton broadcloth - the Carnaby I think it's called. same material as the other skirts you bought recently. but - there's a 'but' here - I think the elastic may need replacing - don't ask me why - this looks perfect - no wear whatsoever - but the waist seems overly big for some reason. let me know if you're interested + I'll recheck it. thanks.
