VERY cool jacket / raincoat. Super light weight, an oversized fit with big side pockets, a big back pocket (like a backpack almost lol) + a hood you can zip into the collar. Orange accents, fully lined with mesh. This could easily fit a size 8 up to a 14 ladies since you can cinch both the wait and the sleeves. Pit to pit is 21 inches and the hip area is about 24. I bought this on sale but never took it out for spin. Really amazing quality and well constructed. Sold out in this size.
