Very very confortable black skirt, made in BALI excellent condition ultra soft fabric: 90% cotton 10% lycra note that tag says 100% cotton but for sure it has stretch, I have a top that has the same fabric and the tag says 90% cotton 10 % lycra (see photos) no tag size, would fit small, see measurements for more precision nice lettuce edge at the bottom flared slit at the bottom waist:13" length with the waistband: 19" 3" waistband that can be flipped length from waist seam to bottom of skirt: 16" width of the bottom of the skirt: 22" I have the same skirt in grey as shown on the last photo, can be purchased, see other listing
