Hi there @hortense491, my sincere apologies, I just saw a question from you on my Kate Spade NWT white pants from back in March. I'm so sorry to have missed it, my husband has been in a serious health crisis and I'm behind on everything else. The hip measurement for the size 27 is approx 19", and for the 28" is approx 19.75". Hi there @michleigh73, thanks for your inquiry re these pretty Kate pants. Just checked it out with my hubby & we agree there is some stretch to this material (other than in the beltline area or the appliqued bottoms). We can pull the material out 1.5 to 2 inches in the leg area, but I wouldn't call it super stretchy. The material is 67% cotton, 21% polyester, 10% viscose, 2% elastane.
