Reposhing this item I purchased from @elementblonde. Loved it, but didn't have the bust to carry it off! lol.. Pit to pit measures approx 20" relaxed waist approx 17.5" from back of neck to hem approx 38" super super super cute dress....wish i had the bust to pull it off. 97% cotton, 3% elastine? and lining is acetate 100% belt / tie to secure any way you like, at waist.
