KEN EDWARDS Mexico Bull, Vintage El Palomar Charging Bull, Mexican Pottery 'El Toro', Iconic Tonala El Palomar Folk Art This wonderful example of Mexican Tonala pottery by Ken Edwards, sadly very recently passed away, comes in the form of a charging bull, 'El Toro', and is decorated in the iconic Edwards design of soft blue and brown flowers, butterflies and birds. Stylistically, the lines of this bull are just beautiful, with the sweeping curves of the back and the bulk of the shoulders, topped off with the sharpness of the horns and sitting on four very sturdy legs with a delicate blue tail, a lovely contrast between strong and graceful.
