In great condition (especially considering it is vintage?). The quality is so good. Fabric not listed but feels like 100% wool to me. Wooden toggle buttons (definitely not plastic), and leather panels holding down the rope. 23 inches in length. 16 inches armpit to armpit. Sleeve length is just over 17 inches measured from the top of the shoulder (12 inches measured from the armpit).
