KIMCHIE BLUE Lace Blouse - Cream

Chic lace blouse with cap sleeves. Soft cream color. Perfect for layering. Wrap like top with a lace empire waist under that. Sleeves are elastic on the ends and at the top of the shoulder. PTP is 18" laying flat and stretch to 20". It's a stretch to fit so it's very stretchy. Top of shoulder to hem is 21" so fits at the top of waist.
