KLM Airlines Commemorative Decanter with Birks Sterling Collar AS IS

Collar marked Birks Sterling Commemorating KLM 1946 to 1956 Unfortunately the stopper is chipped (see picture 7) The top of the collar is a bit corroded (see picture 6) Decanter has raised glass.
