Brand new, never used. This is a light gel formula that melts easily into damp hair and is blow dry activated. It's one of the most light weight, non sticky formulas I've used for fine, straight hair. The more you use the better it works is the only downside if it's something you want to use regularily. It's a perfect all-in-one with heat protection shine enhancing. Smell is very fresh and light. I highly recommend this product and brand
