Hand-decorated Berlin, Germany porcelain nut bowl or small serving dish, in Royal Blue, gold and white, decorated by hand as indicated by the KPM orb mark on the base. Blue scepter and Prussian eagle marks date it to mid 19th century. In near-mint condition.
