We purchase K-Way jackets every year, so I can tell you that the size 12 is slightly bigger and did fit my slender 10/11 year old boy perfectly. This particular jacket is reversible with a golden tan/khaki on one side and camo on the other. This particular style jacket folds into a pouch, but it does not pack into a fanny pack that can be worn around the waist. Instead, this one has a key chain type clip to attach to a backpack or something. Comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
