506fred I will measure and advise. If you are familiar with Kaliyana (Canadian designer out of Ottawa), this is very stretchy and has an elastic waist. I will measure the waist and hips, but there is a significant amount of give. This is from the "Mi-Nu" line of knit fabrics. I will let you know later this evening when I can measure after work. 506fred The resting elastic waist measures 14 inches flat and stretches to 22 inches. The resting hip measurement is 18 inches, with significant stretch in the range of 22 - 24 inches.
