It's for infants, labelled one size. Laying flat the measurements are: the total length from shoulders to toes is 25 inches, the chest is approx. 10 inches across ( sides are adjustable to get wider) the widest part , which is around the "knees" area is 18 inches across. and the neck hole is 3 inches across.
