@peppypatty2020 Hi Patrycja! Thank you for reaching out! Karen Millen states that their size 4 measurements are B 32.7", W 25.6", H 35.8"; however, the dress fits me and my measurements are roughly B 34", W 26.5", H 36.5" (+/- 0.5") and I still have the ability to inhale fully and puff my gut out and feel comfortable in the dress (lol). I believe the quality of material and its composition (main: 57% acetate, 43% viscose; lining: 95% acetate, 5% elastane) permits it to fit the aforementioned

The material is thick with some stretch, so it's a structured looking and form fitting dress that's comfortable to wear and has flattering ruching in the midsection region.
