This Karv vintage Y2K stretch tank dress with ruffle bottom and flamingo deco is super cute and fun for Summertime! It's stretchy and has a built in bra with a 'K' on the chest, along with a frilly asymmetrical skirt bottom with a flamingo pattern logo. It's a medium but would say on the smaller side.
