Kate Spade 100% silk blouse XS GUC

This is such a beautiful flowy blouse. 100% silk with lining. 23” across chest. It has a few tiny pulls in the material, which I can’t photograph properly. Zero noticeable when worn. It needs to be dry cleaned too. Priced accordingly.
