Kate Spade 100% silk poppy print shift dress

Beautiful lightweight poppy-print silk dress from Kate Spade with waist tie (not attached, no belt loops) and super cute bib/frill detail, buttoned cuffs. Worn only a handful of times and in very good condition. Marked XS but would fit S as it's a loose style.
