Kate Spade Chambray Bow front blouse size 6 NWT

I’m selling an adorable bow front blouse by Kate Spade New York. It’s a brand new blouse, however there is a slight discolouration at the front. It doesn’t mar the look of the top, however I like to be transparent. It is a pull over style and can be dressed up or down. Thanks for looking!
