This stunning dress by Kate Spade is designed with a sweetheart neckline and dramatic puff sleeves with a bow at the bust. The dress also features a floral pattern, back zip closure, and pockets(!) for a flowy somewhat-babydoll silhouette. The dress fits a bit small but has a slight stretch. Measurement lying flat at bust is 14”. Size 2. Never worn. Took the tags off and then the date got cancelled.
