honeered I have been trying to replace my Helena bag and it is actually bigger than yours my Helena is 12x9x4 and has gold feet on the bottom and no closure snap. By the size and no feet has a closure clasp may be a Mika, same bag but smaller than Helena, I have a Mika as well. Love this bag. Really like the beige.
