Kate Spade New York slip on runners size 7

EUC Kate Spade New York slip on runners Rubber soles Black lace detail look with leather bows (uncertain if leather is genuine or faux) Ladies size 7. The size was challenging to find and photograph- it is inside the shoe up towards the toe along the side. I have included photos to the best of my ability. I purchased these on posh however they were too small for me. I am generally a 7.5-8. They are tiny in my opinion. I took measurements in the photos for reference.
