How tall are the smaller handles? Can it be used as a shoulder bag or only crossbody?

@m_rochon small handles are 5.5” H from top edge of purse. Long handle at its longest handle is 21”H from top edge of purse. It can be worn as cross body. I’m 5’3” and it hits at my hip when put on cross body. If that helps at all.
