Kate Spade flowy dress in xs. Like new condition. I take very good care of all my clothing. I'm 5'7 and it sits just above my knee. It's 19in from the waist to the hem line. I threw a black blazer and heels to wear to the office and sandals to wear more casual. Love this dress.
