Kate Spade floral dress 6 EUC

This is such a beauitful dress. It has smocking on the back and pockets! There is only one belt loop, which is how it was when I purchased at the Kate Spade store. I wore this maybe twice so it’s in excellent used condition. It measures 18” across chest and 47” in length.
