je38011 Is this rigid or soft? Also, may I have the dimensions and the drop of the shoulder strap? Just want to be sure it fits over your shoulder comfortably

c_modesto @je38011 the drop of the shoulder strap is 9.25 inches. The bag is in between rigid and soft. It holds its shape but is supple enough. It is not floppy and would stand firmly if placed on the ground or table. Hope this helps. Sorry for the late response.
