Kate spade medium black purse

Black crossbody Kate spade purse that has a subtle stitch in design. It has few indent from being used and being stored in my closet for a few years otherwise in good condition. It does have a paint drop on it aswell (see photo) but I’m sure will come off I tried but just wasn’t sure the right way to without damaging the bag.
