EUC is so lightweight and airy, just like a cloud! Very cute with everything! Navy with white clouds continuous pattern can be tied at the front with tassled ties or left open. Ruffled around the collar and sleeveless arms. Unfortunately, I cut the tags from the inside (must've been bothering me), but best to my recollection it is a silk & polyester blend. It definitely feels like silky soft. No tears, no stains, stitching and both bra strap holders all intact. Very well preserved.
