This blouse is gorgeous!!! Beautifully constructed with a frilled peplum shape waistline and cuffs. Measurements in pics. Bought this one for myself but unfortunately it is a small Sz L…would likely fit a M more comfortably. Fabric is stunning but has no stretch.
