Katherine's Collection Victorian Doll Ornament Royal Dog w Crown Wayne Kleski 8"

Measures 8 inches tall, plus hang string. Dog is wearing a royal outfit, complete with ruffled collar and crown; I believe this to be a Wayne Kelski ornament, though the original label is missing. Pre owned in excellent condition.
