Each piece is made using multiple techniques and hours of detailed handwork to turn this into a unique piece of art. It is a Katniss Everdeen inspired cowl, which she wore in the Catching Fire. This garment is made to look asymmetric, with imperfect layers and folds, to represent the District 12 roughness and craftiness. It can be worn off the shoulder or in any way that may suite your individual body type. There is plenty of space or as little as needed in the chest area due to the unique folds. It is made out of wool and acrylic blend. Very soft, not itchy.
