Keepsake the Label White strapless dress

Beautiful brand new (with tags) Keepsake dress. Strapless, high waist, tulip fit around hips. It says it is a medium, however, I would say it fits more like a small. I was hoping to wear it for my bachelorette, but no luck. I hope someone else can use this beautiful, chic dress!
