Original Kelsey Faerie custom made outfit - it’s a Billabong swimsuit that she turned into a flowy whimsical skirt with tank top. Top size 12 - bottom says size 10 but would fit size 12. Bought in year 2006ish in Whistler when the Creation Station that her and Chili Thom ran was closing down. She’s now on Etsy as Kelsey’s Creations out of California and her outfits sell for $400+
