Kelsi Dagger - Suede over the knee with chunky gold zipper.

Over the knee suede boot with a black suede strap with a gold button. They seem a bit baggy which I think is the style, they are from fall 2009. I have never worn them outside. Style named Briallen you can see some some of the ads for them if you google it.
