Kenar - Polka Dot Flowy Midi Skirt

Size small, but it has a fairly stretchy waistband. Incredibly flowy (see video) Depends on height, but hits just above the knee if worn high-waisted. Bought it at a vintage consignment boutique for around $45 a few years ago and only wore it a few times. Still in excellent condition!
